Dance Instructor : Bachata & Rueda
Quiana Erb, a Virginia Beach native, who always dreamed of being a dancer, began her formal dance studies by fulfilling a physical education credit in university. She went on to receive her B.A. in Dance at Old Dominion University, focusing on modern dance, and along the way fell in love with salsa and flamenco.
After graduation, she spent many years performing and continuing her flamenco and latin dance studies throughout the United States and internationally.
After leading the dance department at the Visual and Performing Arts Academy at Salem High School in Virginia Beach for five years, she relocated to the Cayman Islands, where she performed weekly and taught flamenco, salsa, and bachata.
She also ran a ladies dance team and taught various fusion workshops until returning home due to the pandemic.
Quiana believes more than anything that dance should bring joy, fun, and connection to people’s lives and that is the philosophy that drives her classes.
Her goal is for students to leave every class with a feeling of exuberance and accomplishment.
